Casa Con Vistas is set in a small and quiet hamlet only a few minutes away from Rio Frio, benefitting from spectacular views across to the Sierra De Loja and from the top terrace a panoramic view right across to Loja and in the far distance on a clear day you can see the Sierra Nevada range.
The villa looks across, and is set amongst olive groves. At the top of the hamlet is a small playground and public viewing point, there is also a bus service from the hamlet that can take you down to Rio Frio or the town of Loja.
The villa has off road secure parking for one large vehicle and several spaces outside the main gate. Throughout there is good quality double glazing, a pellet burner on the first floor lounge/chill area and a large gas fire in the main lounge, along with gas central heating throughout, making it an ideal cosy get away in the winter.. don’t worry there is also air conditioning throughout for the summer!
Within the villa there are 3 large bedrooms on the first floor and a ground floor bedroom/ living room with a good quality double sofa bed. There are 2 large bathrooms- the ground floor with separate shower and first floor includes a bath.
the ‘Panoramic’ terrace bar offers a fridge and space to chill between the first terrace and the Torreon terrace, both terraces have seating areas to sit with a drink or book and take in the views.
From the kitchen there is a morning room which opens up on one side with patio doors to the pool area and the other to the outdoor cooking area and more formal dining terrace, where after a busy day you and your family or guests can relax and enjoy the views of the olive grove whilst the food is being cooked.
The pool area has recliners and also outside the kitchen is another small casual dining area with a wall mounted sun shade. From the pool area, you can walk through a connecting garden path to the cooking area and dining terrace.
Other facilities include wifi, smart TV, pool table in on the first floor lounge, yoga area on the Torreon terrace.
